Qualifying Small Enterprise

 Any enterprise with a Total Annual Revenue of between R5 million and R35 million qualifies as a QSE.  A QSE must select any four of seven Elements of B-BBEE to be rated on. Where a QSE does not make a selection, its four best element scores will be used. Each element is weighted out of 25 points ( bonus points are provided in certain elements).
