MANAGEMENT OF IMPARTIALITY
POLICY
Mosela Rating Agency
is committed to the management of impartiality and we understand the
importance of impartiality when managing conflicts of interest to
ensure objectivity when carrying out the B-BBEE verification
activities.
Mosela Rating Agency
shall not provide services that could compromise confidentiality,
objectivity and impartiality which include services such as B-BBEE consultation
etc. If
such services have been provided by Mosela Rating Agency or
any related party to a measured
entity, Mosela Rating Agency shall not provide its B-BBEE
verification services until the two years elapse from the date that
such services were completed.
Mosela
Rating Agency shall not verify a measured entity that it has
direct or indirect commercial interest in.
The Verification
Managers and
Analysts shall declare before the verification process any known,
existing or former links to the measured entity to be verified. If
any link exists the Verification Manager or Analyst shall be excluded from taking part in the
verification of the measured entity in question.
